**POOL SPA HEATING** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.
**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. **PARKING and ACCESS ** The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars, and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road. No parking on street allowed.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
